Advancing PMD-026 and PMD-028 for RSK-driven cancers
PMD-026, our lead product candidate, is a first-in-class, oral pan-RSK inhibitor. It is being evaluated in Dauntless-1, a Phase 2a clinical trial in combination with fulvestrant in patients with 2-3L HR+ advanced breast cancer whose tumors express high levels of RSK2, using a companion diagnostic developed in partnership with Roche. A Phase 2 combination with the oral SERD imlunestrant is in planning, as is a Phase 2 combination program in first-line triple-negative breast cancer. Additional preclinical programs are exploring PMD-026 across prostate, lung, and colon cancers and melanoma. PMD-026 is also being evaluated in a Phase 1 trial in ruxolitinib-ineligible myelofibrosis, with a Phase 1 program in acute myeloid leukemia in planning.
PMD-028, our earlier-stage product candidate, is in preclinical development for myelofibrosis, inflammation and fibrosis, and acute myeloid leukemia. PMD-028 is being advanced in collaboration with Lilly TuneLab.
